Your use of the Pacetronics.com web site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you have the right to avoid shopping with us. Nevertheless Pacetronics.com is obligated to your satisfaction, as a client, and will do every thing in our power to serve you and comply with your wishes. These terms and conditions may be changed by Pacetronics.com at our discretion; it is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site. Continuing use of our site for shopping with Pacetronics.com will constitute agreement to such amendments.

We ship ASAP
Fortunately, shipping delays are uncommon for our company as we have such a large amount of distributors to buy from. If a distributor is unable to fill an order immediately upon receiving our order, we will order the product from another distributor. In all cases, the order should take no longer than a single business day to process, and then be processed for shipping, and shipped within 1 - 5 business days. The entire process can take place in two hours if the order is placed before 3PM. However, no more than 72 hours is the worst case scenario for in-stock items. (please note that products from Ranger, Palomar, Galaxy amps, and Monkey Made antennas are not stock items, and can take up to 10 business days to ship)

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Satisfaction Guarantee: In the event that you are not satisfied with your product purchased through our firm, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase for a refund of the cost of the merchandise. You must apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department to return a product. Shipping costs are not refundable. Under most circumstances, there will be "no restocking fee" on items returned in "New" condition: provided it is returned to our company in the condition it arrived in, and is not a customized item. (A customized item is any item shipped out that is in any condition other than stock.) For all intents and purposes we assume that the product will be in perfect conditon when it arrives, and if it is to be returned. However, we do maintain the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee on any merchandise bought from Pacetronics.com that is returned to us damaged, misused, or missing parts. We will not accept back any merchandise that is modified by you, the customer, or by any technician not affiliated with Pacetronics.com.

We try to work with all of our customers, but we do hold the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for any returned items.

Privacy and Security
All transactions online shopping system are secured through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. All credit card and personal information is encrypted from the time it is entered throughout the transaction process. In addition to standard and advanced encryption techniques, each credit card order is validated through an AVS (Address Verification System) that confirms a match of the billing address submitted by the customer with the billing address that the corresponding credit card company has on file. These results are manually viewed and approved before any charges are made. We are continually working with Pay Pal (our Credit Card Processor) to protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use. In efforts to eliminate credit card fraud, all items will be sent out "Signature Required". This means that someone 18 or older must sign for the package. It is our wish that all customers find shopping with Pacetronics.com to be a pleasant shopping experience. For increased security, we must ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. This address is the address on file with the credit card company. If you would like for us to ship to an address other than the billing address of your credit card, please email us ahead of time.

Availability
All products advertised by Pacetronics.com, are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise specified on our product pages. All items advertised with Pacetronics.com are to be considered immediately available, unless posted otherwise. In the case of a back ordered item, the customer will be contacted via e-mail. As we operate an extremely automated system, this is improbable, but not impossible. However, we will contact you as soon as possible to allow you a chance to substitute the item, or seek out another vendor that may have the item in stock.
Typographical /data entry errors
In the event of a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error, or error in pricing information received by our suppliers, Pacetronics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason considered proper by us. All prices are subject to change at any given time for the simple reason that prices are updated on a regular basis. If your credit card had already been charged and the order is canceled for any reason, Pacetronics.com will credit your account. Note that a credit issued can appear on your statement any where between 3 days to 21 days, entirely dependant upon the banking institutions involved in the transactions.
Cancellations
In the case of cancellation of an order, a full refund will be applied to your account unless the product has already been shipped. If a product has been shipped, we will charge you for the shipping costs and refund you on the product upon it's return. We do hold the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any cancelled items after the item has been received by you, the customer. We cannot of course refund the purchase, until the item is returned, and verified in "new" condition. Items returned, opened, used, damaged, or in anything other than "New" condition will be accessed a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. To define "New", it is the condition that one would expect to receive new merchandise shipped to them. In the case that an item is returned to us damaged or in non-working order due to abuse or misuse by the customer, we will refund the full amount minus the cost of repairs.

Modifications
4:13 Electronics no longer has an on staff technical facility. Because of this, all radios and CW transmitters will be sent out stock. We do not offer any modifications whatsoever, and cannot tune, align, modify, or convert any item purchased from us. All items purchased from Pacetronics.com will be sent out in stock mode.

Warranty
We offer a 90 day warranty on all customized equipment, unless stated otherwise. Any product bought "stock" will have no warranty through our company, but will carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Stock is defined as any radio that is bought with no modifications. We hold the right to void the warranty on any product returned to us due to customer abuse and/or damage, misuse, and any product that has been modified by any technician not affiliated with Pacetronics.com. If you receive a product that is in non-working condition, or not performing as advertised, you must contact us immediately. You do have the choice to take your product to a local technician, but this will void any and all warranties that the product has. You can rest assured that every radio that leaves our facility will be in perfect working order.

If you have any questions about the installation of any product bought from Pacetronics.com, please do not hesitate to ask. There are few things more discouraging than installing a new system incorrectly. We hate to see this happen, and we will answer your questions before you install. Remember, if it is installed incorrectly, we cannot stand behind the product.
