The Monkey Made MM3, MM5, MM7, &
MM9 antennas are the result of many years of antenna testing and designing.
This line of antennas was designed in a competition style, but with the durability
to be used on any tractor trailer, pick-up, van, SUV, or car. You can simply
replace your current antenna with any Monkey Made antenna, since it is designed
for use on any 3/8" x 24 thread mount. If you currently own an export radio,
or are buying an export radio, this is the antenna for you. We have not tested
an antenna with a broader bandwidth than the Monkey Mades, and none with the
gain, and power capability. If you are looking for an antenna for that big amplifier,
the 30,000 watt capability of this antenna will handle almost any amp you put
in front of it. On top of all of this, the Monkey Mades offer a unheard of lifetime

Because of the length of the Monkey
Made antennas, we recommend a heavy duty mount like the Extra Heavy Duty 6 bolt
or 4 bolt mirror mounts. If you are going to use this antenna on a magnet mount,
we recommend the Quad Magnet Mount.

truck that has the smoke stacks right behind the driver's side door. Also
works great for bed mounts on pick-up trucks, and for trunk mounts on passenger
cars. Works well for bumper mounts.

This is a very durable antenna. I didn't tighten my "cheap"
mount, and lost my mount and antenna while traveling down the highway. I
stopped immediately, and went to pick up my antenna. Other than some cosmetic
scratches, the antenna received no damage. I can't say the same for my cheap
mount, though.
